Our TED test strips are perfectly suited to the TED App.  Simply measure

  2. Free Chlorine - FC - that's the important one
  3. Calcium Hardness
  4. Cyanuric Acid
  5. Total Alkalinity
  6. pH

  • TED Strips and TED App

    1. In the TED Smartpool App, go to the Pool Section and click on Log Test
    2. Dip a new unused strip in your pool, around 15cm from the surface
    3. Wait 15 seconds and click on the corresponding colour on your screen for each test result
    4. If you know your pool's salt levels and temperature enter them as well the click on Submit
    5. Back on the Pool Section, the Water Quality Index will indicate how far from perfect, or 100%, your water chemistry is.

    The test strips are an ideal regular guide to how well your water is balanced.  They don't totally replace a regular visit to the pool shop, but the TED strips and TED app help you maintain the right levels most of the time.
